Assemblyman
In Hoogeveen, we are looking for a mechanic who would like to work for a small-scale company in the gas industry assembling pipes, parts and components from a production drawing creating a gas station. Are you someone with technical insight and do you pick things up quickly? In addition, do you like working in an informal atmosphere and can you work independently within a workshop? Then we are looking for you!
Job Description
You are someone who can read a production drawing and use it to assemble a gas station. You also have spatial insight and can therefore see how certain constructions can best be put together, even for parts without a drawing. An eye for detail is very important! Because you are tinkering a lot, you are physically busy and heavy structures can be moved with the crane. The constructions vary in size so the work is varied.
The company has 2 locations in Hoogeveen with a total of about 30 employees in the field and in the workshop. You will work in a workshop where you will collaborate with 4 other experienced colleagues. They will teach you the tricks of the trade so that you can then work independently. There is an informal atmosphere where there is time for fun as well as hard work.
What do we offer you?
- Salary based on experience between €2700,- and €3500,- gross per month (job group 5 from the CLA Metaal en Techniek) with CLA wage increases in 2025;
- An independent position where you will be taught the trade by 1 of your colleagues;
- Choice of weekly or 4-weekly compensation;

- Employment for 32-40 hours per week with the prospect of a permanent contract.
