Technical Operator

Job Description

As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating machines and monitoring the production process. You will be deployed in various departments, such as the Making department, where the kibbles are produced, or the Packing department, where the product is packed for distribution. You ensure that the process runs smoothly, breakdowns are quickly resolved, and quality is guaranteed. Safety is paramount, so you work according to UPN’s applicable standards and record all production data.

• Full-time availability in a 5-shift schedule (6 days work, 4 days off);
• Flexibility and enthusiasm to learn new things;
• Experience in manufacturing environment or interest in engineering (experience with machinery is a plus);
• Communication skills to work well with colleagues;
• Willing to work according to safety and quality standards.
