Technical operator (2-shifts, packaging industry)
As a technical operator, you are responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaining machines and installations in the production process. You have a great sense of responsibility because you want to ensure that the process runs efficiently. You solve technical malfunctions and minimize downtime. Job Description
As a technical operator, you are responsible for the efficient running of the process. You ensure that machines perform optimally so that the quality of the final product is perfect. You check and signal deviations and solve malfunctions. You also contribute to improvements and ensure a neat and clean working environment according to the guidelines you are familiar with. You will be working in a large company specialized in packaging. They work 3 shifts with a bonus (20.5%). In addition, there is a professional team alongside you that you know how to work well with.
What do we offer you?
- Salary based on experience between €2800 and €3100 gross per month based on full-time employment (36 hours);
- A shift bonus of 20.5% and a 13th month;

What do we ask of you?
- MBO working and thinking level with preferably an education in technical direction;
- You have experience in a similar position and affinity for machinery;
- You are willing to work full-time (36 hours) on 3 shifts.
- You are proactive, see work ahead and are driven in your work.
