Service Desk Coordinator

Job Description

As a Service Desk Coordinator, you are responsible for the efficient and timely handling of failure reports in the electrical and software fields. You work both independently and with colleagues to resolve malfunctions and improve processes. Through your analytical ability and service-oriented approach, you ensure that customers are helped quickly and competently.

You coordinate and prioritize calls, resolve malfunctions remotely or on-site, and lead the service team. In addition, you analyze problems, implement software modifications and periodically check process installations at customers’ sites. You will also provide reports, maintain documentation in the ERP system and support commissioning. Finally, you are responsible for invoicing and post-calculation of service work in consultation with the Service & Maintenance Coordinator.

• Experience in electrical and software troubleshooting;
• Customer-oriented and analytical attitude with an eye for detail;
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English;
• Independent, proactive and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment;
• Flexible and willing to occasionally travel internationally and work breakdown shifts.
