Carpenter (Property Maintenance)
Are you an experienced carpenter at heart? Then this challenge at our client might be for you! Our client is a national player in real estate maintenance and renovation projects. Work as a (renovation) carpenter includes:
As a carpenter with our client, you will be working on a variety of projects in your area! Here you work mainly for housing corporations in rental properties. Together with colleagues (other carpenters, painters and supervisors) you work closely together and bring every project to a good end! You will work both as part of a team and independently, with room for your own input.
What do we offer you?
- Salary indication: €16.57 to €25.68 per hour, depending on education & work experience in accordance with CAO SAVG;

What do we ask of you?
- You are available full-time;
- You possess at least 3 years of relevant experience;
- You hold a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one through us;
- You are in possession of driver’s license B;
- You can perform your duties neatly, accurately and responsibly;
- Willing to travel to various work locations, flexible work attitude.
