Production Foreman

Job Description
As a Shift Leader, you will lead a team of 6 colleagues and ensure that the production process runs smoothly. You start the day with a consultation, discuss night reports and prepare the production planning. During the day you supervise the work, check the produced quantities and support in case of breakdowns. In addition, you work closely with the quality department and ensure that all processes are carried out correctly.

- You have several years of experience in a manufacturing environment (experience as a shift supervisor is a plus);
- You are independent, results-oriented and maintain an overview in busy situations;
- You have a positive attitude and think in solutions;
- You speak Dutch and English;
- You are precise and like a tidy workplace.
