Job Description

As a Machine Operator at the client, no day is the same, because every customer has unique requirements and specifications. For the department ‘roller covering’ they are looking for a motivated employee with a healthy dose of technical insight.
As Machine Operator you and your colleagues are responsible for grinding, milling and sanding various types of rubber roller covering. Good preparation is crucial, so it is important that you set up and operate the machines properly. You will also ensure a clean and tidy workplace, keep a close eye on the production process and perform quality checks on the product. Work is performed on a one shift schedule Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Should traffic increase, they will move to a two shift schedule Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

What do we ask of you?
- A technical education at MBO 2 or 3 level;
- Experience in a manufacturing and technical environment;
- Able to read from drawing;
- Willingness to work two shifts;
- Accurate and independent worker;
- Good physical fitness.
