Job Description

You are the lynchpin between the various production departments and ensure optimal performance and reliability of installations. You have a management function and contribute to knowledge transfer to operators to reduce breakdowns and optimize 1st-line maintenance. You coordinate maintenance activities with production to minimize disruption. Together with the various departments you evaluate the (multi-year) maintenance plan and budget.

Safety comes first: you guarantee laws and regulations and promote a safety culture. In addition, you follow technical developments and actively participate in projects in the areas of environment, efficiency and replacement. You develop improvements in processes and propose your requirements to suppliers.

You work customer-oriented, monitor costs and work systematically. You are accurate, keep an overview, even under pressure, and have a solution-oriented attitude. In addition, you know how to motivate your team in a coaching manner.

What do we offer you?

  • A salary between €3,200 and €4,600 gross per month based on full-time employment, depending on experience;
  • Working conditions in accordance with collective bargaining agreement Metalelektro;
  • Weekly or 4-weekly payment;
