Job Description
At Employ Werkt! we are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for a reputable painting company in Assen and Hoogeveen. Within this position, you will ensure the smooth handling of administrative processes and contribute to efficient business operations.
- Manage the estimating office mailbox, including processing incoming and outgoing emails related to requests for quotes and other relevant correspondence.
- Receiving and storing quotes, and sharing important information with the team.
- Checking order confirmations and glass orders based on calculation.
- Create offer numbers in the system and save files.
- Process quotations into the estimating schedule for work consultation.
- Creation of work numbers in the system after assignment of a quotation.
- Checking invoices booked using the system and preparing project monitoring.
- Requesting performer vouchers for invoicing.
- Preparing execution folders for the tradesmen.
- Making calculations for invoicing change orders based on price book.
- Entry of purchase invoices.
- Management of SCC certifications, including checking validity and scheduling courses for new personnel.
- Telephone service for the company.

- A proactive and accurate work ethic.
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Experience in an administrative position;
- Excellent communication skills and a good command of the Dutch language.
- Familiarity with administrative systems and software is a plus.
- A flexible and hands-on mentality.
