Office Manager (Intern at Employ Works!)

To expand our team we are looking for a friendly, proactive and numerically/administratively strong colleague! As Office Manager at Employ Werkt, part of the Employ Group consisting of 3 organizations active in staffing, you will be part of a young, growing, driven and ambitious team. Every day we are busy recruiting and mediating personnel for numerous clients in a wide variety of industries. As Office Manager, you are the key person in our company who ensures that our business processes run smoothly. You are the (back office) point of contact for both our clients and employees and support our commercial colleagues. Your tasks include administration, external contacts, (partly) recruitment and preparation of audits with plenty of room for your own input and improvement.

  • A salary in accordance with collective bargaining agreement depending on experience (€2750 – €3250);

What do we expect from you?

  • HBO working and thinking level;
  • Experience within a relevant position is a requirement, within the flex industry is a plus;
  • You are administratively, communicatively and numerically strong;
  • You are also willing to assist within recruitment and interviewing;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language verbally and in writing, proficiency in English is also desirable.

 

Your duties within this position will include:

  • Administration regarding new deployments, contracts, existing employees, leave and absence;
  • Time tracking;
  • Contacting customers and establishing new customer relationships;
  • Coordination of training of our (temporary) workers;
  • Fleet and property management;
  • Assist with audits and certifications;
  • Communicate with external partners and order office and promotional items.
