Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer, together with the team you are responsible for assembling and wiring machines. You work both from the workshop in Zwolle, where you prepare electrotechnical components, build switch boxes and perform tests, and on location at the customer. On location you connect the field components and switch boxes and wire the machines. In addition to building the machines, you are also responsible for solving electrical malfunctions at existing customer installations. You are the specialist in electrical engineering and ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied with your work!

 

Your duties include:

  • Assembling and connecting switchboards and electrical components;
  • Cabling, installation and testing of machines;
  • Troubleshooting electrical faults at customer sites;
  • Actively participate in thinking about improvements and innovation of machines and processes.

What do we ask of you?

We are looking for a driven Electrician who enjoys taking responsibility and is quality conscious. In addition, you possess:

  • A completed mbo education in the direction of Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics (at least level 3);
  • A VCA certification, or willingness to obtain it;
  • Practical insight and problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented work ethic;
  • Ability to solve electrical engineering problems quickly and effectively, even under time constraints;
  • Willingness to participate in the breakdown shift and occasionally spend several days on site (for a living, for compensation).
