Job Description

At Employ Werkt! we are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for a reputable painting company in Assen and Hoogeveen. Within this position, you will ensure the smooth handling of administrative processes and contribute to efficient business operations.

Your duties will include:

  • Manage the estimating office mailbox, including processing incoming and outgoing emails related to requests for quotes and other relevant correspondence.
  • Receiving and storing quotes, and sharing important information with the team.
  • Checking order confirmations and glass orders based on calculation.
  • Create offer numbers in the system and save files.
  • Process quotations into the estimating schedule for work consultation.
  • Creation of work numbers in the system after assignment of a quotation.
  • Checking invoices booked using the system and preparing project monitoring.
  • Requesting performer vouchers for invoicing.
  • Preparing execution folders for the tradesmen.
  • Making calculations for invoicing change orders based on price book.
  • Entry of purchase invoices.
  • Management of SCC certifications, including checking validity and scheduling courses for new personnel.
  • Telephone service for the company.

To be successful within this position, we ask the following of you:

  • A proactive and accurate work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Experience in an administrative position;
  • Excellent communication skills and a good command of the Dutch language.
  • Familiarity with administrative systems and software is a plus.
  • A flexible and hands-on mentality.
