For our client, a support center for various care related parties, we are looking for employees who want to support customers with all questions regarding the dispensing of medication, take care of administrative matters regarding subscriptions and other common tasks.

Job Description
You will deal with:
- Image calling;
- Personal alarms;
- On-call services;
- Double medication control;
- Video Monitoring;
- Inbox management care requests etc.

You will receive your schedule every 6 weeks, taking into account the workload and your own wishes; - Travel reimbursement in accordance with the VVT CLA;
- A year-end bonus of 8.3%;
- Pension accrual;
- If well liked, a one-year contract in prospect;
- Good salary in accordance with VVT CAO scale 25, minimum €15.08 and maximum €19.19 excluding ORT per hour.
What do we ask of you?
- You have a completed MBO education in healthcare at least level 3 or are still working on an MBO 4, HBO or WO education in healthcare (nursing or medicine). You are also more than welcome as a physician’s assistant;
- You are comfortable with computer systems and have a good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing, you can type blind and have good communication skills;
- You can identify in the core values: optimistic, simplicity and connecting;
- You are flexibly available across days (7 days a week, 24/7) and are willing to eventually work 3 to 4 night shifts per month after you are inducted;
- You are available for a minimum of 24 hours per week (maximum 32 hours).
